• Yoga Day:
• Still further to enhance good health of students Yoga session were introduced and conducted once on 21 June.

• Swatchha Palghar Abhiyan Rally: “Green city clean city, My dream city”

Swachha Palghar Abhiyan is a campaign in Palghar that aims to clean the streets, roads and rural areas. It is implemented to fulfill the vision and mission of clean Palghar.

* Patriotic Song Competition:
• Patriotic Song Competition was held on 21 July 2018. Cultural committee members organized the program. Where participates made an awesome display of their unique talent. Total were participated in this competition. Result:

* Elocution Competition:
• The competition was held on 1st September in Matoshri hall in R. H. Save School. Total 33 students were participated in these competitions. Two judges were invited to witness the competition. Te participates showed their talent. The honorable judges really appreciated & applauded the students.

* Light Music Competition:

* Days Celebration:
Black and White Day was celebrated in college, where students ware black and white colour cloths. The ‘Traditional Day’ celebration was to represent Indian culture. All the students were in different Indian outfits. This is an effort to contribute to remember our culture and celebrate the day with great enthusiasm and gusto.

* Powerfest & Folk Song Competition:
One of the best parts of our college was to organized intercollegiate powefest competition. Last year we added one more event in this competition that is Sangeetotsav (Folk song Competition), last year we get very good response of nearby school and colleges more than 200 students participated in this event from 25 school and 15 Jr. colleges from Palghar and Dahanu Taluka.

* Sports Day:
One of the most important events of our college is Annual sports event. It was held from 27th to 29th November. In this academic year our college students participated in various taluka level sports championship under the guidance of Mr. Ashok Chaudhari.

* Send off Ceremony for 12th std:
The day was fiesta devoted to year spend together with friends and teachers to reminisce joyous moments.

* Picnic:
The annual picnic at H. D. Save Jr. College was held on 18th November 2017 (Saturday) with great enthusiasm and merriment. This year the venue was the Shangrilla Amusement Park. About 60 students joined the picnic. The day was fine and everyone was delighted mentally.

* Guest Lecture-1:
Guest lecture on Adult education for girls was organized on 21 August 2018. Guest for program was Dr. Kalpana Barapatre. She gave information to girls regarding changes occurs in adolescence during age of puberty and also about issues related to sexuality including emotional relatives and responsibities, female sexual anatomy, sexual activity, age of consent, reproductive health, etc such aspects are covers during speech.

* Guest Lecture-2:
Career counseling programme for junior college students was held on 19th sept 2018. Speaker for that programme was Mr. Swajit Chaudhari from Mumbai, who has great experience of 15 years. In this field he guided students about various opportunities available in various fields. And also guided students to improve English speaking as well as how to face an interview. He encouraged and motivated students in effective manner.
